As we reflect on 2025, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for the donors, supporters, and volunteers who continue to uplift the mission of Bethany Village. Thanks to you, our community continues to flourish! 💙

This year we launched Senior Connections, a volunteer-based program that pairs individuals from the Lindsborg community with one of our amazing residents. The social impact of this program has truly benefited our residents in such a remarkable way. Several SVHS students have volunteered to spend time getting to know our residents and hearing stories from years gone by.

Each Wednesday after Chapel, we enjoy special treats and coffee provided by our local churches coordinated by the Bethany Home Auxiliary. Their thoughtfulness makes these weekly traditions extra special and creates a welcoming atmosphere for residents to gather after Pastor Ethan’s message.

The Bethany Home Auxiliary also ensures that we have special treats not only for Chapel Fellowship, but also for our Ice Cream Social, monthly Birthday Parties, and the residents' Christmas Party!

From weekly traditions to annual events like our Celebration Gala, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible individuals whose generosity makes everything we do possible. To everyone who shares their time, resources and heart, thank you. Your support keeps the spirit of Bethany Home alive, and our community is better because of you! 💙

What a special treat! Even though the power went out right as the class arrived, the kids shined and shared the story beautifully. Our staff and residents had such a wonderful time listening to the story and spending time with these amazing students. From all of us at Bethany Home to the Smoky Valley USD 400, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a joyful holiday break! 🎁❤️

Did someone say snowball fight at Bethany Home? You heard that right! Our dining hall turned into a winter wonderland filled with laughter as residents and staff jumped into the fun. Our very own Administrator, Joe Benter, volunteered to be the official snowball target. Let’s just say fluffy marshmallow snowballs were flying EVERYWHERE! ☃️

Let's give a big round of applause to Valerie Petty for graduating from the Bethany Home Therapy Program! 👏

Throughout her time with us, Valerie showed great perseverance and commitment. She showed up to every session determined to improve. All her hard work paid off and culminated in her successful graduation from the program.

We are so proud of all she has accomplished and are excited for the new chapter ahead! 💙

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on three wonderful ladies who bring beauty, confidence, and joy to our residents. Say hello to Deb Patterson, Janell Woker, and Brenda Likely, LPN!

Deb and Janell bring exceptional skill to resident hair care, delivering cuts, perms, and styles that leave residents feeling confident. Brenda retired from Bethany Home this summer after eight years of dedicated service, yet her passion brought her back to continue offering specialized nail care to our residents.

Through their skill and kindness, our Personal Care Team helps residents look and feel their best. Each appointment offers a meaningful moment of connection that lifts spirits throughout our community. We’re grateful to have each of these ladies sharing their talents with us. Thank you, Deb, Janell, and Brenda, for the dedication each of you brings to Bethany Home! 💙

Last Friday, beautiful Christmas music filled the halls of Bethany Home as we welcomed several local musicians into our facility. We began the day with Mr. Littich’s talented group of middle school students, who performed a variety of holiday classics! 🎻☃️

Later in the afternoon, we were honored to host RoJean Loucks. Her elegant harp melodies were an absolute joy to hear! She shared with our residents the fascinating history of Advent and how many familiar seasonal songs are tied to its traditions.

Overall, it was a truly special day of music and celebration! Our residents look forward to enjoying more beautiful music as the season continues. 🎅🏻🎄
