"Moms are my mission. Babies are my bonus." I am now booking clients for summer and fall for postpartum services. I have lots of options available, but this package is a great gift to give expecting families. In the hospital new parents are surrounded by experts. But when they go home they often have lots of questions and don't know where to get the best answers. This is a space I love to help with. And sometimes it's just nice to have someone come take care of you and your family. All of these things are options.

Reach out today and we can figure out what services a would be a good fit for your family or your loved ones.

I am not offering birth doula services at this time. Currently I am offering postpartum care and pretnantal (childbirth) education. Call or message me for more information.

Let me first say that I am so excited for all the amazing news I'm getting these last few weeks about so many upcoming births. My phone has been buzzing! 🥰

However, after years of the on-call life I am taking a more permanent step back from in person birth support. I have some big events coming up in the next year, including my own "baby" graduating from highschool. And some recent events have created the need for me to put more focus on my own health as well.

So what does this mean? I will continue to do postpartum care and visits, as well as prenatal / birth planning and childbirth education. I'm also happy to support some birth clients virtually. I will also honor all the contracts I currently have and those who I have verbally committed to. So if we've chatted recently, you're good. ;)

I am hoping that in a year or so when things have leveled out I can come back to this work, especially since we live in a doula desert here in Central Kansas. Thank you all so much. 💙

Our next Birthing and Beyond childbirth education class is coming up! We will be in Minneapolis, Kansas on Saturday February 22nd, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Childbirth education leads to better birth outcomes and increased satisfaction with your overall birthing experience. It can also reduce anxiety, build confidence, and create community! Our unique one day class offers expecting families the chance to learn about labor & delivery, recovery & postpartum healing, breast & bottle feeding, and so much more! We want to support families no matter how they choose to birth or feed their baby. We want to be part of your care team. The cost for our class is $200 for the birthing person plus one support person. We are able to accept FSA / HSA.

My Birthing and Beyond teaching partner Jacee has finally received the news that she gets to add more letters to the end of her professional name. IBCLC!!!

Our next Birthing and Beyond childbirth education class is here in Lindsborg on October 19th at the senior center from 9am-4:30pm. This highly recommended class is great for first time parents or those who may have not had a baby in a while.

Our goal is to prepare families for their journey through labor and delivery, postpartum recovery, feeding/breastfeeding, and many of the other common hurdles that come during the first few weeks the parenthood.

Our philosophy is that we want to give you all the different tools that you could use no matter how you choose to birth your baby or feed your baby. We support all kinds of birth and all kinds of feeding.
