I’m officially BACK and so excited to get back to doing what I love! 💆‍♀️✨

While I’m still in the same building, I have moved into a new suite and I can’t wait for you all to see it. It’s been a season of change, family, and welcoming our sweet grandbaby — and now I’m refreshed, grateful, and ready to get back to work.

I still have appointments available in June, so if you’ve been needing to get in, now is the perfect time to schedule.

🚨 Out of Office 🚨

I’ve temporarily traded my massage table for a rocking chair because… Nana duty calls! 🍼💙

Our grandson has made his grand entrance, and I am currently busy doing very important things like snuggling, spoiling, and pretending I know what I’m doing during diaper changes 😅

Don’t worry—I will be back! But for now, I’m on baby time (which means no schedule, lots of coffee, and zero sleep).

Thank you for your patience while I soak up all these sweet newborn moments. Just prepare yourselves… I’m definitely coming back with an unreasonable amount of baby pictures 📸

Just a heads up to all my clients—I will be out of the office April 28th through May 18th to welcome our newest grandbaby 💙🩷

Up early and headed to continuing education today! ☀️

I’m expanding my skills with Heated Bamboo for the Face and Intra-Oral (TMJ) therapy training. I’m always looking for ways to better support my clients — especially those dealing with jaw tension, headaches, facial tightness, and stress.

TMJ dysfunction can affect so much more than just your jaw, and I’m excited to bring even more effective, specialized techniques to the table (literally 😉).

Continuing to invest in education means I can continue giving you the best care possible at Vitality Massage 💆‍♀️✨
