🌟 January Employee Spotlight features Mark Smith, our dedicated Administrator at Lineville Health & Rehab! Mark’s journey with us began all the way back in 1992 as a CNA. Over the years, he has worn many hats in nursing before stepping into his current leadership role. No matter the title, one thing remains constant - his servant heart. You’ll always find Mark with a smile on his face, ready to jump in and help wherever he’s needed, big or small, always striving to improve the lives of our residents. 💙

When he’s not leading our team, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, spoiling his five grandchildren, and serving as a Children’s Pastor at Ashland First Assembly of God.
Thank you, Mark, for over three decades of compassion, leadership, and unwavering dedication to our residents and staff! 🙌

🎄🚗 Lineville Health & Rehabilitation brought the Christmas spirit home with a special Christmas parade for our residents! Since the city parade doesn’t pass by our home, we were happy to organize one of our own! Our residents truly enjoyed watching the parade and celebrating the season together. Moments like these remind us that joy can always find its way home. ❤️✨

Two of our nurses, Janet Stowes and Martha Lindsey, recently hosted a "competitive activity" to decorate our Lineville Christmas trees. The activity served two purposes: our residents had a blast decorating and they these trees serve as the center pieces for our dining room!!🎄
