SO I have a question for everyone here.
How many people will admit that they have parts of them they dont like?
Im not asking this to call you out or to make you think you have a problem, its to help you realize what parts of you that you may not notice or see.
We all neglect ourselves in one way or another, its just a due process in life. In this time and age were so busy just trying to make it through the challenging times that we have to sacrifice ourselves to just keep going.
what part of you do you feel like you have put on the back burner?
1. Time for you
2. Emotional Regulation
3. Exercise
4. Self Worth
5. Boundaries with others, including family
6. Your passions
7. Quiet reflection
8. Sadness
9. Ego
you dont have to type these in, but just ponder on it. This is not one of those self improvement posts to make you feel bad about yourself but just to see your awareness to what you may be avoiding.
