We would like to introduce you to Jared O'Connell, our Director of Physical Plant at Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, he has shared this about his workday.
Usually I'm outside for the first part of the morning, then working inside on maintenance requests, with some meetings here and there. The part I enjoy the most is when I fix something or do something for the residents and it brings them a smile. It’s all about the residents here.
