Caring for someone with memory loss? You don’t have to do it alone.

Lyngblomsten’s Memory Loss Caregiver Support Groups provide a safe, supportive place to share experiences, find encouragement, and access helpful resources. Offered twice each month (once in-person and once virtually), the groups are open to anyone caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia.

The Gathering is a group respite program that provides four hours of meaningful activities and interactions for adults experiencing early- to mid-stage memory loss, allowing their family caregivers to take a much-needed break. YOU can make a difference in their lives and the lives of their family caregivers by serving as a volunteer! Join us at an upcoming volunteer orientation session to learn more about The Gathering and what volunteering entails. Upcoming orientations held at Lyngblomsten's Como Park campus on Monday, September 8 at 9:30 AM and at its Lino Lakes campus on Wednesday, September 24 at 9:30 AM. As we age, finding the right resources and support can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’re hosting "A Circle of Support Panel Discussion" on October 4 from 10–11 AM at Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes.

Our senior living experts from Twin City Underwriters, Northern Lights Senior Transitions, Amada Senior Care, and Lyngblomsten will share insights and answer your questions about caregiving, homecare services, downsizing, senior housing, paying for care, and more! Following the discussion, enjoy refreshments and take a tour of our Lino Lakes community (6070 Blanchard Blvd., Lino Lakes).
