Responsible for providing routine personal care services to assigned clients in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as the client’s individual plan of care.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: Duties includes but NOT limited to:
1. Providing non-skilled nursing assistance to individual client under the Caregiver’s assigned care
2. Performing personal care services including: bathing, shampooing, skin care, oral hygiene, dressing and other duties as needed.
3. Ensure you are generating and warm and friendly atmosphere for the client.
4. Performing household services essential to health care and safety in the home: including but not limited to; meal preparation, laundry and light housekeeping.
5. Completing all agency required documentation and reports to submit in accordance with agency policy.
6. Participating in any required in service programs to meet compliance requirement.
7. Performing other related duties and responsibilities assigned.
Things REQUIRED:
8. MUST have a flexible schedule and work weekends if needed.
9. Have all CURRENT – Up to date required documents including: First Aid, CPR, Physical, PPD (TB test), Valid Driver’s License or State Issued Identification, Social Security Card or proof you are legally allowed to work in the United States.
10. MUST have Certified Nursing License (CNA)
