If you are concerned that you are not immune to measles or mumps, you can see your medical provider and ask for a rubeolla IgG and Mumps IgG.
If you've had prenatal care, you have likely had a rubella IgG (German measles), which is the R in the MMR vaccine.

Not all speculum examinations are a pap. Many women believe they received a pap smear in the ER. In my 25 years of practicing OB GYN, I've never seen a pap report from the ER.

The middle of winter and swim suit season are times of increased vaginal infection due to the perineum being covered creating moisture. Yeast and bacteria thrive in warm moist environments. Always best to get some cool dry air to your bottom daily. Long t-shirt and no underwear at night or maybe use a hair dryer on cool setting a couple times a day.

ACOG now recommends that women with cardiovascular disease see their Obstetrician to assess pregnancy risk before attempting conception. Many young women are taking medications that are unsafe in pregnancy. For example, ACE inhibitors are unsafe in any trimester during pregnancy. They are embyocidal and fetotoxic. Stopping them suddenly due to pregnancy can also result in serious maternal complications.
