Our story...

Joe spent a number of years growing up on the island of Oahu with his parents and 3 siblings. One of the amazing memories of his childhood is waiting in line to enjoy delicious Hawaiian shave ice. When he moved to Ocean City in high school, he missed the frozen treat he became accustomed to having as a young boy.

Years later Joe took his new wife Lauren to Hawaii to see the sights and of course, enjoy Hawaiian shave ice. She was immediately hooked! The couple would explain how delicious it was, but everyone that hadn't tried it simply didn't understand. "You mean a snow cone?" People would say. Joe would say, and still says, "It's a fine consistency that tastes like flavored snow." After many similar conversations such as this, Joe and Lauren did much research to bring the best quality shave ice to their loved ones. It was an instant success! Now, it seems that everyone hopes and expects that at every party or gathering Joe and Lauren will share their shave ice.

Six, almost 7 years and three kids later, they are ready to bring a taste of Hawaii to the everyone at the Jersey Shore. You will be able to find Joe and Lauren at local farmers markets, fairs, and parties. Call them today to book them for your next event!
