Many careers don’t require lobbying but not mine. Today, a group of about 50 Naturopathic’s doctors and naturopathic medical students pounded the pavement for expanding access to our services and expanding the use of one of our tools. 1. We asked to be included, as another provider type, in Medicaid for states that were licensed as doctors or physicians. 2. To expand access of FSA & HSA funds to include nutritional supplements. We had a number of good meetings so hopefully we can get one of these items moving forward via legislation.

OFFICE LOCATION CHANGED! Now located in Linwood Commons Ste C2 (not E2). Still doing some TLC with the place but like putting up pictures, getting a sauna installed, installing shelves and cabinets, organizing etc. Glenn and I are so grateful for all of you that supported our business and provided us an opportunity to be a part of your care team and health journey. Therapies we hope to offer in the future include NAD IV and injectable, infrared sauna, exercise with oxygen therapy (EWOT) and possible hyperbaric oxygen therapy and/or VO2 max testing. Hard work pays off 😓

PARQ. I’m not talking about Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, I’m talking about Plan, Alternatives, Risks and Questions. This is a critical part of every health encounter regardless of the type of practitioner. This was drilled into our heads in medical school when writing a chart note. Anytime a medical provider recommends something, they obligated to tell you the plan, the risks to the plan, alternatives to the recommended plan, and ask what questions you have. This is infrequently done in a health encounter from the majority of patients we’ve seen. We take pride in educating people about their options and the risks to them. You need to be your own advocate and ask anyone that offers you something what the about the risks and alternatives to the recommended plan or procedure.

This past Sunday, our company celebrated its First Annual Holiday Meeting/Party at the beautiful Renault Winery. Dr. Miller and I expressed our gratitude and appreciation for everyone that made this business possible.

In the last year we
- Hit $500k in annual sales for the first time
- Added platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections to add on to our Prolozone injections
- Added several new forms of mistletoe infusions for our cancer patients
- Added a new front desk staff member
- Added a new integrative medicine cerification to the practice. (I became an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner, IFMCP).

In the the next 12 months we hope to add a Naturopathic Physician Resident, offer health insurance, and early detection cancer screening via Galleri.

I would like to express my gratitude to each and every one of you who have supported our business, from family members that have been supportive to the patients who have had 1 appointment with me years ago in Georgia to current patients coming every week for an IV to support their oncologic issues. Hi 👋 My name is Kyle Meyer. My business partner Glenn Miller, MD and I founded Jersey Shore Wellness and IV Center, LLC in June 2020. Yup, during the beginning of the pandemic 😷 I serve as the Managing Director of the clinic but I’m also one of the practitioners. I’ve been doing functional medicine since graduating from Naturopathic Medical School from NUNM in 2014, although I recently became Certified in Functional Medicine with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) I did a functional medicine residency for 2 years at Progressive Medical Center in Atlanta where I also trained several nurse practitioners in functional medicine. I’m currently licensed as a physician in Vermont and Connecticut but actively doing grassroots lobbying to get physicians like myself licensed and regulated in the State of New Jersey.

The most important things to know about me is I’m passionate about educating patients on their health options and that I’m a family man. I could careless if people choose a natural or traditional medicine approach to their care as long as they’re given all the information to make an informed decision. I’d be a dad over a doctor any day. I have a 4 year old girl 👧🏼 Willa and a 1 year old boy 👦🏼 Rhett. I also have a lovely wife, Melissa, that I met in undergrad and a 3 year old dog named Ruca.

As of right now, I am managing over 1,000 patients and I have a 4 month waitlist for new patient appointments. So blessed to have grown so quickly in a short period of time and to have the support of the local community here at the Jersey Shore.

Hey. This is Dr. Glenn Miller. He’s my business partner and co-founder Jersey Shore Wellness and IV Center, LLC in Linwood, NJ. He serves as our medical director and administers all our injections and intravenous therapies. He’s only in our office on Monday’s and Friday’s because he owns a pain management office on Broad Street in South Philly where he works Tuesday thru Thursday. He started his career as a pharmacist via before deciding to go to medical school. He did a family practice residency in Reading, PA and an cardiac anesthesiology residency in Philadelphia. He’s been in practice as a Medical Doctor (MD) for over 40 years. Glenn is double board certified in pain management and anesthesiology. He also completed a fellowship and board certification in integrative medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).

Recently our part time nurse asked Glenn why he became a doctor. He said “It may sound cliché but I want to help people.” This man is one of the kindness people I know. I’m so grateful we got lost in that Uber together at an ozone conference in Las Vegas 4 years ago. We’ve become more than friends. He’s more like family to me. I love this guy and you will too when you meet him.

Welcome to our clinic! Our clinic’s mission is pretty simple, we want to help educate people about their health and let them choose what they'd like to use as their health intervention. We're going to lean more toward the evidence-based complementary and alternative approach but ultimately managing the health condition you have with either a traditional or complementary approach will be crucial.
