My friend Ketana Massage & Bodywork & I have been on a push-up journey since the start of May!

We are on the road to 3000, and have been knocking out 100 push-ups a day to get to this goal!

It's been so challenging, but also very fun, and I want to share with you all the opportunity to join in on the fun!

I had a blast providing some chair massage for the staff here at Lisbon!

Just a little teacher appreciation on parent-teacher conference night! Looking forward to being back tomorrow as well!

First off, I would like to extend thanks to everyone who has liked/followed my page!! I really appreciate each and every one of you!

My goal is to help improve the lives of everyone I get the opportunity to work with in a positive way!

Starting soon, I will be traveling to offices around the area to do chair massage for all of the office workers!
