Hey gang I’ve got exciting news! I just joined a really amazing practice in Campton NH called the Wellnest Spa & Rejuvenation Center. It’s located within the Owls Nest expansion. Which if you haven’t been there recently it’s worth the trip. The spa itself allows the “space” for practitioners to practice their own modalities. Which makes it a very unique menu and experience. I’m extremely excited to be offering my expertise to their already fantastic staff! Here’s the view from the front door! Not bad!

Truly a sad day. Erik has influenced generations of massage therapist and I’m certainly one of them. My condolences to his friends, family, and to the profession

It is with a sad heart that I have to announce that on January 11, 2025, my dad, Erik Dalton, died quickly from a heart attack while swimming drills in his pool on his 81st birthday in Costa Rica. I will miss him greatly, but I know he passed away in a place that he loved and made beautiful memories with my mom. Please share your memories of my dad as we celebrate his remarkable life.

As my dad intended, I am stepping into the leadership role at the Freedom from Pain Institute and Dalton Myoskeletal. The Dalton Myoskeletal team and Erik's MAT educators will continue to share Erik's work in the future. I know my dad has touched many of your lives with his work. Please share your memories and thoughts as we celebrate his remarkable life.

I can’t believe that we are already half way through November! I’ve had a great time this month meeting a lot of new faces and members here at Evergreen Sports Center. Happy Halloween everyone! I'm Happy to announce that the month of November belongs to my practice at Evergreen Sports Center! For the month of November my hours are going to change to Monday-Thursday bookable 9-6 and 9-1 on Sunday. I've added a few treatments to my treatment list and even purchased online booking software.
