Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist I
F.T. position with comprehensive benefits, generous paid leave, eligibility for retirement plan with employer match and EAP program.

OVERVIEW:

Provide services to young children (birth to six years old), their families, care givers, and/or educators. This includes education, prevention and consultation services for programs and individuals, as identified. Responsibilities involve mentoring, coaching, classroom observation, offering support, and developing/implementing appropriate interventions in collaboration with program staff, administrators, and families. Deliver “Incredible Years’ group sessions to children and/or families in preschool classrooms and community groups, as scheduled. Provide linkage, referral, networking, monitoring, and/or advocacy as applicable. Services are delivered both virtually (via phone and Zoom) and in person, with adherence to confidentiality and privacy protocols. Work collaboratively and maintain effective communication with referral sources and other service providers, both internally and externally Complete appropriate service-related documentation, tracking and reports, as required. Participate in team meetings, supervision, interagency meetings, etc. Consistent timely and accurate completion of time and leave reporting. Perform computer data entry as needed. Ability to work a flexible schedule when required. Prepare and provide/assist in training care givers of young children on mental health topics, such as problem identification, behavior management strategies, and impact of negative influences, e.g., domestic violence, substance abuse, neglect, etc.

Community Support Provider
F.T. position for Youth Community Support Provider (case managment) with comprehensive insurance benefits eligibility for generous paid leave, a retirement plan with employer match, EAP, and productivity bonus.

OVERVIEW:

Direct services to clients and families, including, but not limited to, needs assessment, treatment planning, skill development, service monitoring, referral and linkage, interagency networking, advocacy and crisis prevention. Requires work in clients’ homes, within the community, and in schools. Staff must be able to deliver services in person, by phone, and via an agency-approved telehealth platform, based on client or family preference. Responsible for meeting established productivity standards, including billable service units, in alignment with agency financial goals. Service planning to include case coordination and recording documentation of assessments and progress for client in achieving treatment goals. Team/staff meetings, receiving supervision, travel and training. Perform computer data entry. Timely and accurate completion of time and leave reporting/forms. Regular attendance and adherence to work schedule. Ability to work a flexible schedule, with some evening hours required to accommodate family schedules.

Community Support Provider-Adult (Case Manager)

OVERVIEW:

FT position with comprehensive insurance benefits, generous paid leave, retirement plan with employer match eligibility, EAP, and productivity bonus. Direct service to clients and families, to include needs assessment, treatment planning, skill development, monitoring, linking, referral, networking, advocacy and crisis intervention. Service planning to include case coordination and recording documentation of assessments and progress for client in achieving treatment goals. Meet productivity expectations on a fiscal basis. Expected duties include: attend team/staff meetings, receive supervision, local travel, and training. Computer data entry required. Timely and accurate completion of documentation electronically and ability to work a flexible/hybrid schedule based on agency/client need, and as determined with supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in the field of mental health such as social work, counseling, psychology, or human/family services preferred. (Bachelor’s degree in related field such as education, criminal justice, corrections considered with relevant experience.) Associate’s degree or high school diploma may also be considered with relevant experience.

Skills in written and verbal communication, assessment and planning, organization, interpersonal skills and teamwork. Ability to perform computer data entry required; knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, etc. ) preferred. Subject to criminal background, BMV, & drug screen clearances. Proof of valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, meet state minimum agency vehicle insurance coverage liability limits.. E.O.E.
