🥳 Exhibitions in the Main Arena on Dec. 7 & 8th 🥳

We are going to offer barrel exhibitions in the Main Arena on Saturday and Sunday from 12pm - 4pm. Timers will be up!

❗️PLEASE NOTE ❗️— there will be an event going on in the Warm-up Arena so you MUST enter the arena through the cattle pens ‼️

• Grounds fee - $10/horse

• Exhibitions are $5/each

▪️ There WILL be a 60 second time limit on exhibitions, if you are over you will need to pay for an additional exhibition!▪️

Cancellation Policy Reminder

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 12 hour notice.

Our Policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than [12 hours] will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to [$35 the first offense/$75 for 2nd and thereafter offense. whichever is more. If you are more than 15 min late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
