What are these you ask? Our therapists Chuck Long and Carmen Aberle are now certified in the Activator Course. These are Nordic Walking Sticks. They help provide a full body exercise by engaging arms, legs, and core while walking. They have been used in studies for patients with Parkinsons who are having difficulties with multi-limb coordination. It was been shown to help their minds and bodies readjust to moving in more natural gait pattern. Contact our clinic today for more information!

You may ask, what is Occupational Therapy?
