PAEP had a great evening at Harper College connecting with students, families, and community partners at the Transition Resource Fair!

💙 We were honored to serve as the Keynote Speaker and share how PAEP supports individuals with disabilities in building meaningful employment pathways and independence.

🎉 Meet Trevor! 🎉

Trevor began his journey with PAEP’s Inspired by Ability program as an intern at Independence Village, working in the dining room. Through his hard work, dedication, and positive attitude, Trevor made such a strong impression that he was offered a position on the spot!

👏 Trevor is now officially a part-time Dining Room Attendant at Independence Village of Naperville!

In his role, he helps set up tables for lunch, serves meals to residents, and keeps the dining room clean and welcoming. Most importantly, Trevor has built meaningful connections with both residents and coworkers along the way.
