Hello everyone! InSight Medical Imaging is open with special precautions for patient safety.
InSight Medical Imaging is open for patients that need our services during this difficult time. Please call to set up an appointment, as we want to make sure everyone gets pre-screened before their arrival.
If you currently have any flu-like symptoms, we ask that you let us know. To keep our staff and patients safe and healthy we’ve made a few changes as we navigate this challenging COVID-19 environment. This will help us limit the amount of people we have in the office at once and the time they spend here:
-We ask that all of our patients fill out their paperwork online, it will be e-mailed to you 2 days prior to your appointment. If you cannot fill it out online, give us a call the day before your appointment and we can fill it out with you over the phone (630-225-4343).
-Please, e-mail us a copy of your ID, insurance cards, doctor’s orders and any documents we might need for your appointment at insert appropriate email address.
-Do not bring any companions with you to your appointment, unless it is truly necessary. They will be asked to wait in the car or outside of the office.
-Every patient has the option to wait in the car for their appointment, and we will text or call you once we are ready. Please let us know if that’s something you’d like to do.
Patients who suspect they have COVID-19 should contact their doctor or call 1-800-889-3931 (IL COVID testing site hotline) for guidance on where to get tested.
