The untold story of Semaglutide medications:
The FDA adverse events reporting system (FAERS) indicated that with just five of the most popular Ozempic type medications, 435 people died last year! This is only what’s been reported. Most of these events were reported by the patients not the doctors. Imagine how many cases are not being reported. It’s conceivable that the number of events could be more than 10 times what’s being reported.
From 2022 with the same five medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Trulicity, Rybelsus and Mounjaro) there were 18,000 reported adverse events. In 2024 there were nearly 45,000 adverse events. Approximately 75% of these events occurred with women. (chronic constipation, stomach paralysis, bowel obstruction, bowel, perforation, pancreatitis, gallbladder problems , and death)
Here is just one story-Trish Webster from Australia, who died from stomach paralysis, trying to lose weight for her daughter‘s wedding. You cannot make this up. In full disclosure, these occurrences are relatively rare, but if you’re one of these people or a loved one, perhaps not so rare. You can make up your own mind.
