We’re moving!

When coming in for an appointment in the past, you may have encountered air conditioning issues, a mens’ restroom regularly out of order and flooding in the hallway outside our suite. This has been happening chronically for more than a year and our building management company was not making needed repairs.

To make everyone’s experience better, we are moving our offices across the street.

About Our New Offices

3030 Warrenville Road is the 6-story office building connected to the back of the Sheridan Hotel & Conference Center at the corner of Naperville Road and Warrenville Road.

As you drive along Warrenville Road, look on the north side of the street for the building with the large, white “3030” numbers at the top of it. We are to the left of the International Building (formerly Navistar) that has the large glass dome architectural feature on the front of the building.

After taking the elevator to the 4th floor, turn right and suite 450 is the first set of glass doors on the right. Suite 450 is the Workstyle Flexible Spaces suites where our practitioners are located.

Our new space provides more modern finishes, improved overall facilities and in some hypnosis rooms that are interior: the ability to have very low light and/or zero light sessions which can help your eyes relax into a deeper state.

In-Person Client Sessions Resume This Thursday

Our offices will be closed during the first half of this week to facilitate our move.

We look forward to welcoming clients into our new offices starting Thursday, 9/4/2025.

We continue to be so grateful for the thousands of clients who have worked with us over many years. We are here to help you achieve your goals.

Let what comes, come.

Stand as the witness,
aware,
open,
untouched at your core.

Even if the mind races,
even if emotions swell,
you can remain here,
in this space of allowing.

No pushing.
No pulling.
Just presence.

The breath flows in,
the breath flows out.
Life moves,
and you remain still within it.

This is not giving up.
This is waking up,
to the quiet intelligence moving through all things.

You don’t have to hold the world up.
You only have to let go.

In surrender,
there is freedom.
In stillness,
clarity.

In simply being,

Forgiveness Doesn’t Mean You Approve — It Means You’re Free. 🕊️

Clear in your mind one of the biggest misconceptions about forgiveness:

Forgiving someone doesn't mean you accept, justify or forget what they did.
It means you’re no longer allowing it to have power over your peace.

🧠 Read this carefully:

Forgiveness is not about them.

It’s not about saying, “What you did was okay.”

It’s about saying, “I refuse to carry this pain any longer.”

When you hold onto anger, resentment, and betrayal, you carry the weight of their actions on your shoulders.

You keep reopening a wound that only wants to heal.

And in the process… you suffer far more than they ever will.

✨ Forgiveness is for YOU.

It’s a gift you give to your own soul.
It says, “I choose freedom over bitterness. I choose peace over poison.”

Because the truth is:
Unforgiveness chains you to the past.
Forgiveness releases you into your future.
