* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow develops this afternoon with heaviest precipitation anticipated late this afternoon through evening, before quickly winding down early Saturday.
