Our residents are always up to something creative. Whether that is a group activity making a craft or a solo project in our art studio! They even keep on top of changing out the art work for others to enjoy. A creative and fun bunch here at Villa St. Benedict.

Glow Bingo at Villa St. Benedict was a glowing review. Our residents participated in our neon & blacklight bingo as part of a fundraising effort for our 20th Anniversary Gala in early October. During the party residents played 6 games of bingo with song and dance breaks in between games. Enjoying a night with fellow residents who are now considered family.

Our Gala will be celebrating 20 years of serving the senior community. Villa St. Benedict has long been a cherished and uplifting place to live for our residents and to work for our dedicated staff. A beautiful campus with a lot of heart. We’ll be celebrating all who have helped to build this community to where we are today.

We'll have some future fundraisers coming up to lead into this occasion in October!

ODE TO VILLA
Up on a hill in the village of Lisle
Is a retirement community that just fits my style!
At Villa St. Benedict everything’s there —
Good food, great friends and people who care.
Activities abound and fill up your days —
Movies, shopping, concerts and plays.
If peace and quiet is what you need,
Just sit in the library and have a good read!
Feeling a need to exercise?
Visit the PEC to be healthy and wise!
You can play bridge or volleyball with a noodle,
Rummikub, bowling — or use the computer.
You can enjoy the grounds as you take a walk
Or sit in the gazebo and have a nice talk.
Our chapel is home for worship and prayer
Or quiet reflection and spiritual care.
I searched long and hard for a place to come
I'm so glad that Villa is now my home!
