Is it really fall without apple cider donuts and pumpkin spiced coffee? Today we enjoyed both, and followed up with a fun game of Wheel of Fortune. It was a fun, kick back Friday and those that participated had a good time. We all agreed, we love fall.

Today was such a beautiful day and our ladies from Cholla casita spent the morning outside with a cup of coffee , coloring and talking. Jennifer joined in the fun with the girls. Beautiful days are coming our way so we really need to take advantage of the outdoors.

We had such a great time at our Mini Walk to End Alzheimer’s this past Saturday. We’re so grateful to everyone who came out to celebrate, spread awareness, and bring light to this important cause.
A special thank you to Painted Promise Ranch for bringing the adorable mini donkeys and horses, they were a hit. To the Sun City Classic Car Club for showcasing their beautiful rides and to DJ Dave for keeping the beat going and the energy high all morning long! Regional Dining Services Director Kevin and our very own Executive Chef Shayden deserve a big applause for keeping everyone smiling (and full!) with delicious pizza and bruschetta. And most importantly to our Hacienda Del Rey team for putting this incredible event together.

Our Mini Walk to End Alzheimer's is next Saturday - October 4th from 10AM-12:30PM.

Join us for a fun-filled morning in our courtyard supporting this great cause.
This is a family friendly event with activities for all ages, and you don't want to miss it! Bring your friends, family and neighbors and helps us spread the word by sharing this post.

All of our community partners will be bringing a bicycle (different sizes) for our big raffle, and you don't have to be present to win. All proceeds benefit the Alzheimer's Association.
1 Ticket - $5 Dollars
5 Tickets - $20 Dollars

Throwback Tuesday!

Hacienda Del Rey along with United Hospice came together to host a Bloom Bar Networking Event at Hacienda Del Rey last month. A good time was had by all, new connections made, creativity blossomed during the flower arranging activity, and everyone enjoyed the delicious dishes prepared by our talented dining services team.

A special thank you to Joseph Gallinaro and United Hospice for collaborating with us and our team and for helping bring this event to life, we could not have done it without you 💕

We’re grateful to have had the opportunity to bring people together and look forward to hosting more moments like this!

Thats a wrap on National Assisted Living Week!

We closed out the week with Fouled-Out Friday and it was a home run! Our team and residents enjoyed some delicious hamburgers and hot dogs hot off the grill (thanks to our Executive Chef Shayden and our Regional Director Kevin).
A big shout out to United Hospice for bringing in a coffee truck for our team, it was the perfect afternoon pick me up.
Our residents joined in on the fun with a dunk a manager game which quickly turned into a playful balloon toss.

Our team showed up in full Vacation Mode for Day 4 - Tacky Tourist Thursday. To fuel the fun, we served up a continental breakfast bar (aka Breakfast on the Go). Nothing says tourist vibes like good food and great company.🌴🌴

We switched gears to a tropical place with our Tacky Tourist Thursday. Our residents enjoyed a fabulous tropical Bingo adventure filled with laughter and a little friendly competition. Winners walked away with scratcher tickets and some even scored twice.

What a fun way to keep the National Assisted Living Week celebration going. 🏝🏖🌺
