Cyndy’s passion to help her students restore and heal has been the cornerstone of her yoga journey. Her passions lies within Hatha, Yin, and Restorative. She loves to support her student’s healing in the physical and emotional body.

She utilized Ignite’s training to develop her craft and understanding of yoga’s healing qualities. As she has grown, she has developed formulas to pair yoga and teas. She is excited to share the power teas have to help ailments within the body.
