Thank you to everyone who came out yesterday for our Easter Egg Hunt at Timber Creek Village Assisted Living! 🐰🥚🌷

We loved seeing so many smiling faces and families from our community enjoying the morning with us. The kids had a great time hunting for eggs, and our residents truly enjoyed watching all the excitement.

We appreciate everyone who joined us and helped make the event so special. We’re grateful to be part of such a wonderful community and look forward to hosting more fun events together in the future! 💛

We had a few fun crafts and games tied in with our Valentine’s Day celebration!

Our residents had a week to guess how many candy hearts were in the jar! Agnes had the closest guess and was declared the winner of the contest! How many hearts do you think are in the jar?

Next on our agenda was painting ceramic hearts! Our residents spent the afternoon decorating their hearts. They turned out adorable!

Today we celebrated love and friendship with a wonderful Valentine’s Day lunch for our amazing residents. The dining room was filled with laughter, warm conversations, and plenty of sweet treats to share. From festive decorations to delicious food, it was a beautiful reminder that love comes in many forms — friendship, kindness, and the joy of being together.

Joan, words cannot express how it feels to lose you. The void you’ve left cannot be filled. Your warm and welcoming personality made everyone you encountered feel so seen and loved. You were such a vital part of our family here at TCV. As the first resident here, you earned the title Matriarch of Timber creek village. Things aren’t the same without you. We love you. Forever in our hearts.

Timber Creek Village Assisted Living operates communities in Lincoln, Litchfield, and Robinson, Illinois; Shelbyville, Indiana; and Columbia Falls and Havre, Montana. Our facilities are single level buildings and range from 39-40 large apartments; efficiency, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 2 bedroom deluxe options. Through the doors of Timber Creek Village, residents enjoy a warm atmosphere with a den/living room, club room with a fireplace and pool table, beauty/barber shop, fitness room, restaurant-style dining room, coffee bar, movie theatre, and beautiful outdoor areas. Our apartments include private bathrooms with walk-in showers, self-controlled thermostats, kitchens with refrigerators and microwaves, large walk-in closets, and individual patios; all utilities included. Timber Creek Village provides a home for seniors to live an independent lifestyle, while recognizing that some may need assistance with certain aspects of daily living. With this goal, we offer an array of personal services provided by professional and friendly staff committed to each resident’s emotional and physical needs. Timber Creek Village services include, but are not limited to, 24-hour emergency response system with certified staffing, 3 full service, nutritional meals & snacks, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance services, transportation to local medical appointments, assistance with self-administration of medication, blood pressure and weight monitoring, and assistance with bathing.
