Northwest CT Adult Day Center Northwest CT Adult Day Center is a non-profit social model day center where seniors requiring supervision can spend the day in a structured, safe environment.

Litchfield Hills Adult Day Care is a privately owned facility based on the Social Model of adult day care. This means the program is designed for individuals who need supervision and activities but that do not require extensive personal care or medical monitoring. We realized the growing need for recreation and entertainment for seniors in the area and wanted to create a home-like environment to provide this service. This opportunity gives caregivers a little respite and peace of mind knowing their loved ones are safe and in good hands. The center is an affordable alternative to other healthcare options. It gets seniors out of the house, active, and gives them the option of socializing with peers in a structured, safe environment. We offer a variety of supervised activities, scheduled entertainment and nutritious hot meals. We offer flexibility with full or half day programs to suit you and your loved one's needs.

We are hiring! We are ideally looking for 2 part time positions but would consider one full time position. The approximate hours would be 7:30-11:30 and 11:30-3:30 M-F. Both shifts involve driving an 8-passenger shuttle bus or a 12-passenger transit. The main morning responsibilities include picking up our members at their homes, making and serving a lite breakfast, clean up and leading a group activity. The afternoon entails picking up lunch, helping to serve, clean up, running a group activity and driving members home. Call for more details and send resumes to lindsay@nwctadultday.org 860-567-2402

Whether you or your loved ones choose to age in place, or look for a senior living community, we will equip you with the information needed to make confident, informed care decisions.

Amy, Ryan, and Sara Lynn have decades of combined experience in senior care. They focus on helping our local elderly population to live independently and with dignity. They look forward to answering your questions.
