Northwest CT Adult Day Center Northwest CT Adult Day Center is a non-profit social model day center where seniors requiring supervision can spend the day in a structured, safe environment.

Litchfield Hills Adult Day Care is a privately owned facility based on the Social Model of adult day care. This means the program is designed for individuals who need supervision and activities but that do not require extensive personal care or medical monitoring. We realized the growing need for recreation and entertainment for seniors in the area and wanted to create a home-like environment to p

rovide this service. This opportunity gives caregivers a little respite and peace of mind knowing their loved ones are safe and in good hands. The center is an affordable alternative to other healthcare options. It gets seniors out of the house, active, and gives them the option of socializing with peers in a structured, safe environment. We offer a variety of supervised activities, scheduled entertainment and nutritious hot meals. We offer flexibility with full or half day programs to suit you and your loved one's needs.

Please consider a small donation during Give Local today and tomorrow. Thanks to the Connecticut Community Foundation, we have the opportunity to win prizes and make your donations go even further. All funds raised during Give Local will go toward providing meals for our members. Food costs have risen sharply and it’s becoming harder to stretch our budget - your support helps us ensure our members are fed and taken care of. 🌻 Everyone deserves a healthy meal 🌻

We care for our members needs, and that includes making sure they are fed. Folks arrive hungry and have a light breakfast. At noon, we share a healthy, hearty lunch which is often the only real meal they eat each day.
