📸 Happy National Athletic Training Month! 🏃‍♀️🌟

Our dedicated athletic training team plays a vital role in keeping student-athletes safe, healthy, and performing at their best — from the sidelines to recovery and everything in between.

Brooke, the Athletic Trainer at Litchfield High School, along with Mara, provide expert care in preventing, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal injuries. Athletic Trainers (ATCs) are often the first responders during games, delivering immediate care while also supporting athletes through rehabilitation and recovery.

Their work goes beyond injuries — educating on proper equipment use, nutrition, and strength training, while collaborating with student-athletes, parents, and coaches to ensure a safe and successful season.

A huge thank you to Mara and Brooke for your dedication, expertise, and commitment to our athletes and community. We appreciate all that you do! 👏✨
