Nelson Audiology Nelson Audiology is owned by Dr. Deanna Boston, Au.D., CCC-A, and has provided audiology services to Litchfield and surrounding areas for over 20 years.

Dr. Boston and her staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality, well-managed audiology care in a warm, friendly, and caring environment where quality of life is enriched through better hearing. Services include hearing evaluation, hearing aid fitting and dispensing, hearing conservation and custom hearing protection, custom swim plugs, and assistive listening devices including amplified telephone and TV devices.
