Nelson Audiology Nelson Audiology is owned by Dr. Deanna Boston, Au.D., CCC-A, and has provided audiology services to Litchfield and surrounding areas for over 20 years.

Dr. Boston and her staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality, well-managed audiology care in a warm, friendly, and caring environment where quality of life is enriched through better hearing. Services include hearing evaluation, hearing aid fitting and dispensing, hearing conservation and custom hearing protection, custom swim plugs, and assistive listening devices including amplified telephone and TV devices.

Congratulations to Gage Putnam! We are so proud to celebrate a very special milestone! He has graduated with a degree in Communication Disorders from Maryville University.

He plans to attend University of Iowa in the fall of 2026 to continue his education to be a Doctor of Audiology. This journey is an additional 4 years. We could not be more proud of his success. Gage has been a very important person in our Nelson Audiology family. His future is bright and we are so grateful to be a part of his journey.
