To know me starts with taking the time to speak with me be it by phone or in person
But there are more options in today's world with technology

One thing you'll know about me is technology and I don't get along. That's why I don't post a lot on here.
My business is mostly done by word of mouth- yeap the old school way

I have taken many years to emark on a journey of self discovery
To brave the unknown and uncover the hidden truth of "me"

Me?
I am a mother, grandmother, wife, daughter, employee, teacher, healer, spiritual sensitive and the list goes on.
My higher self provides me with knowledge to assist others in discovering their "true self"
My source is the "Divine" aka God, Buddha, and many other names source has been given

Do I believe in heaven and hell?
Yes, I have seen many things in my years
Some terrifying
Some so glorious there are no words

As a Master Usui Reiki Practitioner, I listen to your body and release those things that no longer serve you. Maybe it a past heart ache or a bad break in the arm when you were a child.
In doing that, your body is open to receive new energy to assist you in future endeavors.

A spiritual sensitive is hard to explain. Most people relate to the TV shows that say "Medium or Psychic". These seem like dirty words and so does witch when coming from those who don't know "me".

I have chosen a path as a "light worker".
I have assisted search and rescue in locating missing people. When some need peace after a loved one has passed, Divine and I try to comfort them.

I am a "messenger"
Some days, I may know what that means and others it just is

I've learned that walking a path of uncertainty is better than being someone I'm not.

I ask you to go within yourself
Ask yourself "who am I"
Write down the 1st 5 things that come to mind
Now, look at the last 2. More than likely that's who you are versus the first 3 on that list.

Nothing is ever broken beyond repair. Are you willing to identify the requirements to fix it? And intentionally walk down that path of creation. Life isn't fair it never was, it isn't now nor will it be. Don't fall into the entitlement trap of feeling like you are the victim. You always have control!

Around the age of 6 or 7 years of age. Can you remember a time that you danced, sang, held a furry critter, rode your bike, etc...

Did your heart swell up with love and joy? Has this childlike you been snuffed out by every day life obligations?

I ask you, "when will you bring that child back into your heart?". Your health depends on it!!

Laugh and sing
Dance and move
Take a bike ride
Read a book

What are you waiting for? Time?

I am taking the time to enjoy this beautiful morning before the rain decides to roll in. It's not very often that I get this opportunity to sit back and breathe lately. I love staying busy but it's also in your best interest to step back and chill! Invest in your well being.

I have felt broken for many months. Not myself. Lost in the world of confusion and doubt. Sometimes anger over all the negativity in this world.
I realize that I can't fix the world. Way overwhelming. But, I would like to give it my best one day at a time. I have allowed the negativity of others to draw my ego in. Not only that, my hormones are having fun too. My body is at war with itself. This song played at just the right time!

Music is a message from above to reassure us. It will be ok! Regardless of the storm brewing inside of us. Broken is always welcomed.

The last few months have been a whirlwind for me. I previously thought that I couldn't discuss balance with you if I wasn't achieving it within myself. However, the reality is that it's acceptable to occasionally feel out of balance. This imbalance can indicate that change is necessary, prompting a decision. It's essential to stop procrastinating and move in a direction. The struggle is real when there are several people around bringing negativity into your space. Negative energy will try hard to bring you down to their level.

Faith will carry us! We just have to let go of the reins of life. Believe in ourselves! Trust that our intuition will guide us in this journey of life.

Saying farewell 2024. Hello 2025!
Take the time to reflect on the last year. Let go of the things you couldn't change. Remember everything really does happen for a reason. It may not make sense now but write it down. When you find that writing in the future, I bet it'll all make perfect sense. Stop putting logic into everything!

Fairy tales do exist! We've been told them throughout time. Believe you can
And make it happen
Only you hold the key to happiness
Keep fighting for you
Love yourself 1st the rest becomes easier

Learn from other's mistakes easier said than done but try!

People pleasing is a difficult habit to break. This is not who you are but what man has ingrained in you throughout life. I often hear, 'people pleasing makes me happy"
