TERMS OF SERVICE/USER AGREEMENT:
Thank you for being a fan of Mommies of Miracles, Inc. LLC. Mommies of Miracles as a non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Ohio participates in internet and social media sites in order to provide individuals and families with special needs various support initiatives, resources, networking, educational information, up-to-date news, and links to products and services. We encourage participants to share commentary on all of our supporting sites however, we expect that this will be done in a respectful manner and in accordance to the rules and regulations of each sponsored social media platform. All commentary posted to any Mommies of Miracles related site has the potential to be reviewed, edited, and or removed at the discretion of our group administrators. We as a group have zero tolerance for hate speech, profanity, obscenity or vulgarity; nudity in profile pictures or other media content; defamation, name calling/and or personal attacks to a person or group of people, spam or scams, commentary that violates the privacy of others; commentary that includes the promotion of events not related to special needs, groups, pages, commentary that includes accusations of illegality, abuse, or issues meant to be handled by legal or professional medical authority, photos/video or media that violate the rights of minors, Web sites, organizations and programs not related to or affiliated with the Mommies of Miracles; or Other comments that the Mommies of Miracles administrative team deems inappropriate. Repeated violations of the Mommies of Miracles comment policy may cause the author to be blocked from participating in Mommies of Miracles.

Information posted on any of our internet/social media sites should not be considered or used in lieu of licensed medical advice. Medical concerns require licensed medical advice. Call 911 for urgent/emergency concerns.

Mommies of Miracles makes reasonable efforts to monitor and/or moderate content posted on its social media platforms; however, we cannot always respond in a timely manner to online requests for information. Please exercise caution when posting medical information on any of our social media and related websites. Please do not disclose personal identifiable information like your location, contact information, or financial information. By submitting content to Mommies of Miracles Facebook and related online sites, you understand and acknowledge that this information is available to the public. Please note that other participants may use your posted information beyond the control of Mommies of Miracles. Our content with the exception of our trademarks and logos are non-proprietary. If you do not wish to have the information you have made available via this site used, published, copied and/or reprinted, please do not post on this page.

Shared content and advertisement is provided as a service to our community, but such content does not constitute endorsement of those sites by Mommies of Miracles Inc., LLC and as such we are not responsible for said content, products, services, and beyond.

Your participation with Mommies of Miracles Inc., LLC is dependent upon you and you are responsible for your own content. By participating YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS SET FORTH IN THIS USER AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT"). By accessing, viewing and/or posting any content on any Mommies of Miracles social media site and related online sites you accept, without limitation or qualification, the following terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not view or post any content to any Mommies of Miracles Facebook site or related online sites. Your use of Mommies of Miracles social media and related online sites is acceptance of this Agreement and has the same effect as if you had actually physically signed an agreement. As a guest posting content to any Mommies of Miracles social media or related online site, you agree that you will not: violate any local, state, federal and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property rights laws regarding any content that you send or receive; transmit any material (by uploading, posting, email or otherwise) that is unlawful, disruptive, threatening, profane, abusive, harassing, embarrassing, tortuous, defamatory, obscene, libelous, or is an invasion of another's privacy, violates the rights/safety of a minor, is hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable as solely determined in Mommies of Miracles discretion; impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; transmit any material (by uploading, posting, email or otherwise) that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; transmit any material (by uploading, posting, email or otherwise) that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party; transmit (by uploading, posting, email or otherwise) any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising (including advertising of non-Mommies of Miracles services or products), promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation; transmit any material (by uploading, posting, email or otherwise) that contains software viruses, worms, disabling code, or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; harass another; or collect or store, or attempt to collect or store, personal data about third parties without their knowledge or consent; or to share confidential pricing information of any party. Mommies of Miracles reserves the right to monitor, prohibit, restrict, block, suspend, terminate, delete, or discontinue access to any Mommies of Miracles social media site and related online sites, at any time, without notice and for any reason and in its sole discretion. Mommies of Miracles may remove, delete, block, filter or restrict by any other means any materials in Mommies of Miracles sole discretion. As a public forum, you understand and agree that Mommies of Miracles may disclose your communications, photos, files, and activities shared with Mommies of Miracles for any and all reasons, including, but not limited to: marketing, in response to lawful requests by governmental authorities, including Patriot Act requests, judicial orders, warrants or subpoenas, or for the protection of Mommies of Miracles rights. You agree that Mommies of Miracles is not liable for the content of, accidents related to, or actions of persons related to any physical connections made via networking, support group, mentorship, or playgroup, or any/all activities using Mommies of Miracles in their name. You agree that in the event that Mommies of Miracles exercises any of its rights hereunder for any reason, Mommies of Miracles will have no liability to you. By posting any content on any Mommies of Miracles social media and related online sites, you grant Mommies of Miracles the irrevocable right to market, reproduce, distribute, publish, and display such content and the right to create derivative works from your content, edit or modify such content and use such content for any Mommies of Miracles purpose. User hereby releases Mommies of Miracles from any and all liability in connection with Mommies of Miracles use of any and all pictures, images, content, or video posted on an Mommies of Miracles social media and related websites. You shall defend, indemnify, and hold Mommies of Miracles and its respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors and assigns harmless from and against, and shall promptly reimburse them for, any and all losses, claims, damages, settlements, costs, and liabilities of any nature whatsoever (including reasonable attorneys' fees) to which any of them may become subject arising out of, based upon, as a result of, or in any way connected with, your posting of any content to an Mommies of Miracles social media site and related websites, any third party claims of infringement or any breach of this Agreement. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY RELATED TO THE SECURITY, PRIVACY, AND CONFIDENTIALITY RISKS INHERENT IN SENDING ANY CONTENT OVER THE INTERNET. By its very nature, an Internet cannot be absolutely protected against intentional or malicious intrusion attempts. Mommies of Miracles does not control third party sites and the Internet over which you may choose to send confidential personal or health information or other content and, therefore, Mommies of Miracles does not warrant any safeguard against any such interceptions or compromises to your information. When posting any content on an Internet site, you should think carefully about your own privacy in disclosing detailed or private information about yourself and your family, especially your children. You agree that any claim or dispute relating to your posting of any content on a Mommies of Miracles social media and related online sites shall be construed in accordance with the laws without regard to its conflict of law’s provisions, and you agree to be bound and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local, state or federal courts. THIS POLICY MAY BE UPDATED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE, AND EACH TIME A USER ACCESSES A Mommies of Miracles SOCIAL MEDIA SITE and RELATED ONLINE SITES, THE NEW POLICY WILL GOVERN USAGE EFFECTIVE UPON POSTING. To remain in compliance, Mommies of Miracles suggests that you review this Agreement, as well as the other Mommies of Miracles website policies, at regular intervals. By continuing to post any content after such new terms are posted, you accept and agree to any and all such modifications to this Agreement. Please see Facebook and related online sites for their specific terms and user agreements. Users reserve the right to control their own level of participation and to leave the group at any time, without notice.
