New Year, New Town! 2023 brought a move from the big city of Philly to the small town of Lititz, PA. Birthstone has officially re-located! I am taking new clients for EMDR intensives. It’s a big change of pace and scenery, I’m thankful to be here.

It’s time to start trusting the good. We focus so much on building distress tolerance in trauma work, but I find that clients surprised by healing become uncomfortable with comfort. I find myself saying “you can have this.. you can trust this… this is for you…” We must learn that comfort and peace are safe- when the problems begin to disappear, nothing is wrong. Run towards peace and healing like it’s a new home furnished by someone who knows and loves you. It’s yours. You can have it.
