Books are opening!! 🚨

The books will become available for the months July, August, September and October on May 25th at 12pm ⏰

Mark your calendars, set an alarm, or however it may be to remind yourself to schedule online or to contact me to schedule.

Existing and new clients will be accepted. If you are a new client, please arrive 15mins prior to your scheduled session to fill paperwork out upon arrival.

Remember, there is a waitlist as well- if you cannot find a date and time to schedule, you can add yourself to the waitlist. Please make it valid for the month(s) you are looking for. Be specific on the ‘notes’ for what days of the week and times work best for you.

If there is a time before 11:30am or after 6pm, please contact me; the online scheduling system is programmed to allow scheduling between 11:30a-7p. It will not allow ‘before or after hours’. It has to be approved only by me.

Questioning why you’re so tight? Maybe it’s because you’re stressed where your body is guarding itself from emotions that you’re experiencing. Maybe you need to relax.

If you have a hard time relaxing, don’t worry because I do too. Life gets chaotic, emotional, fun, sad, enjoyable; all the things.

But we really need to listen to our bodies. Body awareness isn’t just for the myo-muscular system. Relax those synapses within the brain. Let it rest for a bit. Breathe. You’ll start to notice you’re holding emotion in a muscle. Teach yourself to relax that. How?

Next time you’re getting ready to snooze, notice if your jaw is clenched. Unflex it. Notice how your feet are. What position are they? Are your toes pointed deliberately or subconsciously? Lessen the flexion. Take awareness of your fingers. Are they clenched into a fist? Let it go.

Training your brain to flex and loosen muscles are ways to help become body aware. If your shoulders are up to your ears while sitting, it may be your body subconsciously telling you you’re stressed. Being conscious helps during a massage; when the MT is working on a certain muscle group, become aware if you’re holding or relaxed. This helps to get better results during and after a massage.

A dear fur friend of Shiloh’s and my family are asking for help ♥️

There will be flyers in the office with Ragnar’s story and the QR code available as well. No donation is too small. Every little bit counts.

Over the last few weeks, K9 Ragnar has presented with some weakness and pain in his hind legs and lower back. Over the course of several visits to the veterinarian, Ragnar was ultimately diagnosed with degenerative lumbosacral stenosis. This is a degenerative disease that causes compression on the spine in the lower-back/hip area. Ragnar was given a steroid epidural which has helped with mobility and pain management however, the vets say that surgery is highly recommended due to the severity of the compression and inflammation.

The decompression surgery that Ragnar will receive will offer him stability and pain relief. Ragnar’s handler, Corporal Cole has subsequently scheduled him for the surgery. The estimated cost of the surgery is $9,180.44.

Hiya folks! 👋 I know a bunch of you have asked when I’m opening my books again. I’m here to tell you the official date ✍️

Mark your calendars- January 5th is the date my books will open for a ‘3 month span’ 🙌 January 5th-March 30th

⭐️ I am not accepting new clients at this time

⭐️ If you cannot find a spot to fill, you can add yourself to the waitlist. Please, include:

✔️ the Service you are requesting for; 30 min, 45min, 60min, 90min and any add ons (Prenatal, Himalayan Stone, CBD oil, Sugar Scrub, etc)

✔️ The program asks how long to be on the ‘waitlist’ (‘Valid Until’); I suggest making it valid till March 31st

✔️ If there are certain times, days of the week, and/or days you will not be available, please include it into the notes/‘preferred times and other notes’. Example: ‘Wednesdays and Fridays are best after 4:30pm; Thursdays available before 1pm; Saturdays anytime between 9am-4pm; Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays free anytime; 2/15-2/18 unavailable.’

✔️ If there are any additional notes to add such as: needing a specific modality (Table Thai, Manual Lymph Drainage), Session is for a child (include name; parent or guardian will need to be present during session), Prenatal/Postpartum (include weeks of gestational or postpartum), or even saying, ‘IT’S MY BIRTHDAY WEEK! I’M SPOILING MYSELF!’ Any sort of info helps!
