Meet the family who envisioned Lititz Acupuncture. John & Ashley wanted a space for health, wellness, and community. Lititz, was the perfect location to follow their dream to fruition. Extending wellness to ALL. Acupuncture treats the person as a whole. What ever the ailment may be, we can assist you in your health. We believe - when one in the community heals the community itself benefits. Taking time to care for yourself helps they entire family, and extends to others. In our household we have “watering Wednesday”, our plants get their weekly dose of water & attention to grow. Self-care can be difficult to implement with a busy life. We water our children, our jobs, extend families, and friends. Why not take the time to water ourself. Implement a “watering Wednesday” to relax, care, and be gentle to one’s self.
