Sleep and have a two-way relationship. When you have poor sleep, your mental health likely suffers. If your mental health is suffering, your sleep is more likely to be poor. As a ConnectCare3 Certified Health Coach explained, "In my experience as a health coach, when sleep is poor, my clients tend not to have the energy to exercise and when they don’t exercise, their overall quality of life can be negatively impacted.
