We were grateful to join yesterday’s Ground Blessing Ceremony for the Meadows Hybrid Homes at Landis Homes. It was a meaningful gathering filled with hope, connection, and community.

The Meadows will soon bring thoughtfully designed hybrid homes to campus, creating a space where future residents can feel at home—with nature, with one another, and with a shared sense of belonging.

It’s a privilege to support Landis Communities as this next chapter takes shape, and we’re excited to see this vision come to life.

More than 125 people gathered today for the Meadows Ground Blessing at Landis Homes!

Together, we reflected on the rich history of the land, offered prayers of gratitude, and dedicated the site of the future Meadows Hybrid Homes with blessings for unity and safety during construction. We also celebrated the vision of welcoming new neighbors to a flourishing community overlooking beautiful wetlands and Lancaster County farmland.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this day so memorable, including current and future residents, board and team members, community friends, and project partners Warfel Construction, RLPS Architects, RGS Associates, and Fulton Bank. And a warm welcome to the new residents who will soon call the Meadows home. We can’t wait to see your community bloom!

Scott, one of the cooks at Landis Homes, has the pork and brisket for tomorrow's barbecue already smoking, and tomorrow the chicken and ribs will follow!

To beat the heat, we'll be serving in the West Community Room on Wednesday, July 30 from 4 to 6:30 PM. Come sample smoked brisket, pork, chicken, and ribs, along with a selection of your favorite BBQ sides and desserts. Come get a dish of delicious BBQ and watch the cooks work!

The Trekkers of Landis Homes did something new today. Stepping out of our comfort zones and into our lane lines, we tried our hand at Axe Throwing. Targets were hit, smiles were big, and the excitement was palpable. We wrapped up our day with an outdoor picnic and ice cream at Fox Meadows. Such a fun new adventure!

In the spirit of tonight’s Landis Communities Night at the Lancaster Stormers baseball game, the Team Member Engagement Committee served hot dogs and Cracker Jacks to keep the baseball energy going!

Many team members joined in the fun by sporting their favorite baseball gear. Thanks to everyone who participated!
