The importance of making and setting goals is what I challenge you to. This year I wanted to focus on my health, and made a goal to run my very first 5k. Hoping many more to run, but we’ll shall see! I think we tend to make goals and forget them, as it’s easier to be complacent or not motivated. I challenge you to strive for a better you, and to make your health a priority!
