Good morning everyone! Let me reintroduce myself for any of my new followers ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
Iโm Kristy, licensed in PMU (permanent makeup). Iโm come from a long past of working bedside healthcare as a CNA from memory cares, assisted livingโs, nursing homes and hospitals. At one point I was even a para educator for behavioral kids in a elementary school. After roughly 11 years working beside, I was craving change. Within one year I bought a house, sold that house, bought another house with my significant other, taking on the roll of a step mom, got a puppy (German Shepard), sold my vehicle, bought a vehicle, started PMU school, powered through my apprenticeship in 6 months while driving a total of 4 hours a day to get back and forth from school while working full time 12 hours shifts at the hospital, started an LLC, opened my very own business as a PMU artist named Ideal Ink, got engaged, planning a wedding and now remodeling our home. ๐
WOW, I was craving change with work and so much more happened! Haha and I couldnโt be more happy, blessed and excited about it all.
Iโve had a strong interest for PMU for about 5 years. Going back and forth on the phone with my sister about what I could do to get out of healthcare. She encouraged me to try PMU. The only thing that was holding me back was I was nervous to take such a large leap. Sometimes change can be intimidating. But Iโm so happy I did. With the help and support from my fiancรฉ, family and friends - I powered through my schooling and apprenticeship. Once one person saw the work I had been doing, everyone wanted something done! 3rd floor RNs at the hospital were truly my biggest supporters! I couldnโt have finished my apprenticeship as fast as I did without them! They put so much trust in me and drove 2 hours 1 way to either get their eyebrows, eyeliner or lips done.
Iโm so grateful for the support and all my clients to this day. Iโve grown relationships with each ๏ฟผand everyone of you and wouldnโt be where I am today without you all.
