Hello everyone! My clients often hear me say, « life is about balance. ». I am taking my own guidance and changing our available hours come January 2026.

We will be open by appointment Tuesday-Friday 8:30am-4:00pm. With extended hours on Thursday 7:30-4:30.

We will remain open from 9-2 on Saturdays for free consultations and product purchases until warmer weather arrives

This extra day provides 3 additional appointments per week and allows me more family time and healthier dinners. ➡️ 🟰The greatest good for the greatest number of people.(John Stuart Mills)😊
