Time flies but memories remain. The aftermath of 9/11/01. This is a photo of me at Ground Zero shortly after the attack. I am third from the left. My uncle, in blue hard hat , Fr Mark Giordani had recently been made a Port Authority Chaplain just before the attack. Two things stand out from that day there. The smell of burnt flesh and and the stuffed toy animals left by children who were still hoping their mommy or daddy would be found. Never forget!
