✨ Re-introduction time ✨
Hi, I’m Sheena 👋 A mom of two boys (16 & 10) just trying to figure out life, hormones, and how not to gain 7 lbs every time I go on vacation 🍹🌮 (yes, Mexico…I’m looking at you).
I’m also a Regional Director in Hand Therapy and a Certified Hand Therapist (OT, CHT). For over 20 years, I’ve been helping people recover function and get stronger 💪—and now I’m applying that same knowledge of rehab, recovery, and science-backed strategies to my own journey.
My focus has shifted 👉 creating meals that actually work with my changing hormones instead of against them. Think: flavorful, realistic, and still family-friendly (because my boys eat like athletes 🏀💪).
