The line at Whole Foods today🤣. We could probably all use a whole day of no food after the feasting on Christmas, but yet we all must load up on the necessities…

Most people are drinking water but staying dehydrated. How is that possible? 🌊 Water needs a vehicle to get into the cell. If you drink plain water all day, you might just be flushing your minerals away. The secret lies in the crystal. Taking a single crystal of Celtic salt on your tongue before drinking a glass of water allows the magnesium to pull that hydration right into the cell where it belongs. Stop just wetting the body. Start hydrating it. 💧

Winter is coming. With that comes everybody’s least favorite piece of yard work - snow shoveling. It’s the one chore almost nobody loves but must be done.

Thanksgiving workout went great on Friday. 13 ladies worked well together with little chaos. I appreciate the commitment and hard work! A little HIIT never hurt anyone the day after Thanksgiving🏋️‍♀️😆😍
