Interservice Physician Assistant Program at the University of Nebraska and completed
his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska Medical School.
Mark has over thirteen years of service as a Physician Assistant in the United States
Army, working in both deployed and stateside settings. His military background includes
experience in pre-hospital emergency medicine as a U.S. Army MEDEVAC (Medical
Evacuation) provider.
He brings extensive clinical experience in Urgent Care, Primary Care, and Psychiatric

Dr. Milica Antic received her Bachelor of Medical Science with honors in Physiology and Pharmacology from Western University in Ontario, Canada. She earned her medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine in the Dutch Caribbean. Dr. Antic completed her Internal Medicine residency at The Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati, followed by fellowship training in Sleep Medicine at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University. She then pursued a Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine fellowship at Ascension Providence Hospital/Michigan State University in Southfield and Novi, Michigan.

Dr. Milica Antic is a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine, the American College of Chest Physicians, the American Thoracic Society, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and the American Medical Association. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Antic speaks many languages including English, Spanish, French, and Serbian.

Dr. Ritchie completed his residency in Internal Medicine at University Hospitals of Cleveland, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, in Cleveland, Ohio. He then pursued a Clinical Cardiovascular Fellowship at Barnes Hospital, Department of Medicine, Cardiovascular Division, at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Becker brings decades of experience in medicine, with a career rooted in both military and civilian service. He earned his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. His residency and fellowship training in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases, and Critical Care Medicine were completed at the prestigious Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C.

During his military career, Dr. Becker served as Chief of Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine Service and Medical Director of Respiratory Therapy at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. Following his service, he transitioned to private practice at InterMed Medical Consultants, Inc. in St. Louis before relocating to Myrtle Beach, where he has become a valued part of Carolina Health Specialists.
