PLEASE HELP US WELCOME OUR NEWEST EMPLOYEE! 🐟😊

We are pleased to announce the arrival of our newest colleague, a small but mighty Betta fish named “Bones”. He’s joined our workspace to bring some calming energy and, let’s be honest, to lighten the mood and add a little splash of color to our office. He's not only a master of swimming solo, but he is truly, a fish of mystery and grace.

To our current employees, please adhere to the following rules regarding Bones!
🔹Respect the tank: We ask that you please do not tap on the glass, unless you want to engage in an underwater existential crisis with him.
🔹Office etiquette: If you’ve got an important meeting or a task at hand, feel free to channel your inner Betta focus. He’s a pro at staying Zen in the midst of chaos.
🔹Photography: Bones LOVES having photos taken with people, so feel free to take a selfie with him!
🔹Fish snacks: Please do not feed him any snacks from your lunch (he’s not into donuts, Chick-fil-A nuggets, Hershey kisses or especially, goldfish crackers 😳)

Let’s all give Bones a warm welcome! May he be the calm amidst the storm of paperwork! 🐟 😊 💙

This is a really neat story!

It’s a phone that never rings and never will. But our Wind Phone at Skyline Memorial Gardens in Portland, Oregon, provides a quiet kind of to those who are . As Lisa Diamond, Skyline location manager said, “Even though I’m in the death care industry, it doesn’t mean that I’m immune from ,” she said. “I lost my mother two years ago. I still felt the need to still have with her, to still give her updates on my life, to still tell her that now I’m a grandma.” Watch this touching on KPTV.

Just outside Portland, tucked away in a quiet cemetery, there’s a phone that doesn’t ring and never will. But for those grieving a loved one it has become a lifeline for healing.
