To ensure our 19 MDG team is prepared to deliver exceptional care anytime, anywhere, we will be participating in a Wing readiness exercise May 4 – 7. This will require temporary adjustments to some services. For services that remain available, we’ll maintain normal clinic hours (0730-1630 Mon-Wed, 1100-1630 Thu) throughout the exercise.
Here’s what you need to know:
1. Pharmacy will be open, but please anticipate longer wait times.
2. Laboratory services are unavailable.
3. Pediatrics will be closed.
4. Active-duty and Family Health Clinics will be closed for appointments, as our provider teams focus on essential patient clearance activities.
- For routine care needs, patients can message their clinic via the MHS Genesis Patient Portal. For more emergent needs, please see Additional Care Options below.
5. Women's Health services, including walk-in contraception services, are unavailable.
6. Dental services will be limited to emergencies and sick call. (1-501-259-2679)
7. Flight Medicine will conduct Return-to-Fly appointments as normally scheduled at 0730 M-W&F, and will have an on-call flight surgeon available for urgent needs.
8. The Mental Health Clinic will be closed for scheduled appointments. For emergencies, please contact our on-call provider 24/7. (1-501-987-7338 or contact your First Sergeant)
