The Clinical Laboratory will be operating with limited services on Friday, July 25th and Monday, July 28th, due to an unexpected power outage and temperature surge. Fasting labs cannot be collected at this time. Contact the lab at 501-987-7281 to determine if your required test can be processed.

Full services are expected to resume on Tuesday, July 29th. We will provide further updates as they come available.

To our valued patients,

Please be advised that the Little Rock AFB Clinic experienced an air conditioner outage this morning. The engineers have resolved the issue and the facility is beginning to cool down. At this time, the only services with long-term effects are Dental and the Laboratory, which will be closed for at least today. There are some clinics, such as Primary Care Behavioral Health and Physical Therapy, which will need to reschedule patients, as well. Our staff will contact you directly.

Please note: This event is solely for the completion of school and sports physicals. Additional medical concerns or issues will need to be addressed at a separate appointment during regular clinic hours.

We are currently unable to provide cryotherapy for wart treatment. We are working to restore this service as quickly as possible and will provide an update to all patients once the new device arrives.

Update as of 10 July 2025 @ 1018

The 19th Medical Group was unable to receive electronic prescriptions on Tuesday, 8 July at 1800 until Wednesday, 9 July at 1430, due to a DHA enterprise-wide outage. If your provider submitted prescriptions during this time, please have the provider resend the electronic prescription, but if this is not possible, please provide the paper copies of your prescriptions at the Pharmacy, or you can verify that the prescription was received my texting “Get In Line” to 833-844-3662.

Congratulations SSgt Golembiewski! ⭐️

Congratulations to our Combat Airlifter of the Week, Staff Sgt. Alva Golembiewski!

As the refill pharmacy lead for the 19th Medical Group, Staff Sgt. Alva Golembiewski directs five Total Force Airmen and manages 28 volunteers, in-processing more than 190,000 prescriptions annually for 41,000 beneficiaries.

Additionally, in her role as the Home Station Medical Response team chief, Golembiewski modernized the inventory system for over 2,000 items, trained two Airmen on digital stewardship and ensured full compliance of the $180,000 medical assemblage, which resulted in zero findings during the Air Mobility Command survey.

Finally, Golembiewski also revitalized the Wing’s Public Access Defibrillator Program. She inspected 23 devices across four groups, corrected seven discrepancies and resolved a two-year accountability gap that enhanced the base-wide emergency response readiness. Most recently, she completed the 40-hour Wing Resilience Trainer Assistant course and led a resilience session for 18 team members, fostering spiritual and mental wellness and reinforcing overall mission readiness.

The 19th Medical Group - Little Rock AFB is taking action to prioritize your care due to anticipated staffing changes and a temporary reduction in the availability of primary care providers through Sept. 30, 2025.

The 19th MDG will temporarily transition some beneficiaries from on-base care to designated TRICARE network providers. This will only impact a subset of patients seen by family health providers.

The 19th MDG appointment line at (501) 987-8811 will offer one-stop appointment information and comprehensive support during this time.

Mission readiness and strengthening Airmen and family resilience are foundational requirements supported by the clinic, which aims to provide a continuum of care.
