Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Chi Eta Omega Chapter invites you to "Nurturing Our Nurturers: Caregiver Mental Health Panel Discussion" — a meaningful conversation created with YOU in mind.
If you're caring for an aging parent or loved one, you're not alone — and you don't have to pour from an empty cup. This public event will explore caregiver burnout, stress management, and the importance of prioritizing your own mental wellness. A panel of licensed mental health professionals will offer practical strategies, local resources, and a safe space for support and connection.
Featured panelists include Isis Pettway, LPC, NCC; Chappell Mosby, LMSW; Whitney Jackson, LPC; and Porsha Arnold, LMSW.
The event will take place on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Maumelle Community Center, South Room, located at 1100 Edgewood Drive in Maumelle, Arkansas.
