I feel like I am mentally healthy! I actually remember more because I am writing it down. But, when I don't remember, I have my Elevate 365 Journals to refer to.
So, yesterday I wrote that I was also grateful for the rain because my tomatoes were giving up. I learned if I look away while Pres. Obama or when anyone is talking I will miss the gestures that may go with the words...smiles. In my Health Info Journal I wrote that lemongrass essential oil will help calm early morning leg cramps and increase circulation. In my Daily Learning Journal I noted that leg cramps will wake me up when I skip a week from eating bananas.
