Our clinic doors will be closing at noon today, but we will be working remotely! If you need to be seen, we can schedule you for a telehealth visit from the comfort of your own home! Message us on Facebook or call the clinic at 501-227-6363 and leave a message. We will return your call and get you scheduled.

Today, Thursday, January 9th, we are closing at noon to ensure the safety of our employees and patients.

We are SO proud to announce that Autumn Road Family Practice has won the Gold+ Award in 2024 for the Target BP program! We are one of SIX clinics in the state and one of 1812 in the country to have won this award AND we achieved the highest level that is achievable (Gold+).

Target BP is a national initiative created by the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American Medical Association (AMA) in response to the high prevalence of uncontrolled blood pressure. To achieve the award, ARFP submitted data and reported that more than 70% blood pressure control among patients served with hypertension and we had to meet at least 4 of 6 evidence based criteria. What does that mean? For ARFP, over 80% of our patients with a diagnosis of HTN have controlled BP levels. It also means we meet certain standards of care, measurement, and response.
