You’ll find us nestled in a scenic residential area in the hills of West Little Rock, Arkansas, where residents here enjoy sights of the Arkansas River. There are several shopping venues nearby, including the Promenade at Chenal, The Outlets of Little Rock, and Bass Pro Shops. Other attractions include the Clinton Library, the Robinson Theater, and the Arkansas Arts Center.

Here at Vitality Living, we appreciate the LifeTouch Health Team and all they do to provide care for our Residents right in our community, and to also help our fellow Arkansans live life to the fullest – on their terms.

Known and trusted for decades, the LifeTouch Family of Care has grown, offering more services and impacting lives in more ways, by providing a continuum of care that includes Primary Care Services for Seniors, where they live.

Many Vitality Residents move to our community from out of town, and have not had the opportunity to establish a new Primary Care in the area yet.

LifeTouch Primary Care services offer a seamless transition for these Residents who can choose to stay with their services, or utilize it as a bridge until they are able to find one on their own.

At Vitality, transportation services are inclusive to our Residents for important medical appointments, but it may become too much of a physical burden at some point for a Resident, and this is an option that allows them to still have a Primary Care Provider, but now the P*P comes to see them in the convenience of their own room. Many supportive services such as lab tests, x rays etc can also be done in the comfort of their room.
