Most practitioners do not use the new range of motion once the patient gains it. I can’t tell you why, but they don’t. Tie a band to a rig, spilt your stance, put 80% of your weight on your front foot and step backwards.

AIM to drive your heel to the ground (without shifting your weight).

If you want some buttery knees, do 20x on each leg.
