I used to troubleshoot aircraft systems in the Air Force.

When something failed, you didn’t just swap the part and hope.
You looked above it. Below it. What was feeding into it.

That’s how you got it working again.

A lot of people I see have been through care that helped for a bit.
Adjusted. Stretched. Rested.

But nobody really walked them through why it keeps coming back.

Pain is where you feel it.
That’s not always where it starts.

So we slow it down.
We look at what’s not doing its job so something else has to pick up the slack.

That’s the difference.

If this sounds like you, DM CLARITY.

You can squat. You can run.
But halfway through a shift, your back starts tightening up again.

Reaching across the bed.
Shifting a patient.
Trying to move them without tweaking something.

You’ve stretched it.
Maybe had it adjusted.
Took a day or two off.

Helps for a bit… then it’s right back.

That’s exactly why it keeps coming back.

No one ever looked at how you actually move at work.
Not just the gym. Not just the table.

If your body can’t handle those positions, it’s going to keep getting overloaded.

We don’t guess.
We break it down, find what’s not doing its job, and build you back up so you trust your body again.

DM “NURSE” if this sounds like you.

I take the honor of treating people you care about very seriously.

When they come to see me, the never-ending loop of providers who don’t care and don’t address the root cause, that’s over.

I can’t guarantee I’ll get someone out of pain 100%. That would be irresponsible and arrogant.

But I can guarantee 100% effort, 100% of the time.

That means actually paying attention. Actually figuring out what’s been missed. Actually having a plan.

It seems like no one has ever taken the time to explain that.

If you’re done going in circles, DM “EFFORT”.

04/29/2026

You sit there explaining your problem for the third time
Same story
Same quick exam
Same “try this and see how it goes”

Maybe it helps for a week
Maybe it doesn’t

And now you’re back adjusting how you move mid-workout, hoping it doesn’t flare up again

I’m not mad at the individual provider, I’m mad at the system
It rewards speed, not answers

So the root cause never gets touched
That’s exactly why it keeps coming back

At some point, you’re going to pay for that

Or you can actually figure it out now

If finding the root cause now sounds like something you’re interested in, please DM us.

I’ve heard a lot of excuses.

“I was at the bottom of a quarry searching for a dead body” is officially one of the better ones.

For first responders and veterans, that kind of thing is real life.

We get it.

Here’s what we see most often.
You’re still working. Still training. Still showing up.

But you’re in pain most of the time.
Lifting, running, even just getting through the day.

And at this point, you’re not even sure if any doc gives a damn.
Especially someone who understands both the gym and your line of duty.

That’s the gap.

The systems’s care wasn’t built for your reality.
So it helps… for a while, but it’s incomplete.

At ACP, we find what’s actually causing it and build a program for your body that holds up out there.

If you’re interested in long term results from a team who understands better than most, let us know in the DMs.

Fun facts:
I’m an Air Force veteran and Honorary Commander for 19SF on LR Air Force Base.

My patient coordinator is an Army veteran and former law enforcement.

When he applied for the position, I thought he was messing with me, classic veteran style.

04/27/2026

You can deadlift. You can run.
But 6 hours into a shift, your back starts tightening up again.

Reaching over a bed.
Twisting around cords.
Trying to move fast in a tight space without setting it off.

You’ve probably stretched it.

DM “NURSE” if this sounds like you and you’d like to get help for it.

You feel it halfway through a round.

That same elbow pain creeping back in on the downswing.

You’ve tried rest. Maybe some PT. Maybe a brace.

It calms down… then comes right back.

At some point you start thinking, “Is this just part of playing now?”

Probably not.

Most golfers get their elbow treated like it’s the issue.

But the elbow is usually the thing taking the hit, not the thing causing it.

If we don’t look at how you’re actually moving through your swing, that cycle doesn’t change.

That’s exactly why it keeps coming back.

We look at how your body moves as a system and build from there.

So you can swing without thinking about your elbow every shot.

DM “GOLF” if this sounds like you!

At the gym, he showed me things on the bar I wasn’t good at. Control, positions, stuff I’d usually avoid.

Then he came to roll.
Now he’s the one in that spot. Slowing down, thinking through positions, realizing what’s missing.

That’s how this works.

Most people stay where they’re comfortable. They keep training around the problem instead of facing it.

That’s exactly why it keeps coming back.

Whether it’s the gym or your body, the answer isn’t more reps of stacking reps on top of bad movement patterns.

It’s fixing what you’ve been avoiding.

That’s where things actually change.

If you’re interested in changing movement patterns that wreck your body, DM me.

You’re at your daughter’s softball game… but you’re shifting in your chair, thinking about your back the whole time.

You’re on the course… standing over a pitching wedge, wondering if this swing is the one that sets it off.

That’s where you are.

You’re still getting through work, but everything outside of it is shrinking.

That’s where he was too.

PT. Adjustments. Rest. Push through.

It would calm down… then come right back.

He was even on his way to consult a surgeon, but a fender bender kept him out of that appointment. He found me before going back. (TALK ABOUT A PLOT TWIST!)

Today he told me he’s really glad he didn’t hop on the chopping block.

So when people tell me “it’s too expensive”… I get it.

But too expensive for what?

Another round of something that gives you a few good days?

He had a disc issue hitting a nerve… but no one addressed what was putting him there.

That’s exactly why it kept coming back.

So he eventually “needed surgery”. HA!

Now he’s added 35 yards to his pitching wedge… and he’s fully present at his daughter’s games.

That’s the part my patients are actually after. Outcomes.

We do things differently.

If you have limitations in your movement, you will pay the piper at some point. And most people never address the whole system.

We do.
ZERO snake oil.

DM “DIFFERENT”.

04/22/2026

Most people think their back just flares up randomly.

It’s not random.

Something else isn’t doing its job, so your back keeps picking up the slack.

That’s exactly why it keeps coming back.

We don’t just look at where it hurts. We look at how you move and what’s being missed.

If you want your body to feel solid again, follow us!

04/21/2026

You’ve been dealing with it.

That low back tightness that shows up… then settles down.
Enough to keep going. Not enough to stop.

So you train around it.
Modify a little.
Tell yourself you’ll be fine.

But this isn’t another week.

There’s something coming up.
Something that matters.

And now that thought is there…

“What if it doesn’t hold up when I need it to?”

I hear that a lot.

You’ve tried stretching.
Resting.
Maybe things that gave you temporary relief.

And yeah… that can help for a bit.

But if that actually solved it, you wouldn’t still be thinking about missing out.

That’s the part no one talks about.

It’s not just your back.
Something else isn’t doing its job… so your back keeps taking the load.

And when the intensity goes up…
that’s when it shows up.

That’s why it keeps coming back.

So let me ask you…

Are you getting ready for the tournament…
or just hoping your body makes it through?

Because those are very different.

You want to show up ready.
Confident.
Able to go all in without holding back.

Not questioning every movement.
Not wondering if this is when it goes.

That gap doesn’t close with more rest or guessing.

It closes when you fix what’s been missed
and actually build your body to handle what’s coming.

DM “back” if missing your tournament isn’t an option.

04/20/2026

You’re probably telling yourself it’s not bad enough yet.

You can still lift. Still work. Still play with your kids… just a little differently.

I hear that a lot.

But what you’re really saying is you don’t trust your body the way you used to.

And every time you sit one out, cut something short, or say “not now”… that time doesn’t come back.

You’re not waiting for it to get bad…

You’re slowly losing more moments that matter.

Strong, present dads don’t sit on the sidelines hoping it holds together.

They handle it before it becomes the thing that pulls them away.

So ask yourself… how’s that been working for you?

If you want to show up fully again, DM “back.”
