Your back hurting all the time is usually not random.
Most of the time there is a reason behind it. I see it every day in the clinic.
A lot of people sit most of the day and their spine stays in the same position for hours. Over time that creates stiffness and irritation.
Weak core and glute muscles can also force the lower back to do more work than it should.
Sometimes it is an old injury that never fully healed, or posture changes from years of working at a desk or looking down at a phone.
When pain keeps showing up, it is your body asking for attention.
The goal is not just temporary relief. The goal is fixing the reason it keeps coming back.
