COVID-19 Vaccinations
All UAMS employees, volunteers, students and non-employees are required to become vaccinated against COVID-19. COVID-19 vaccines are available to all central Arkansas UAMS employees and students in the Student and Employee Health Services Clinic on Tuesday mornings from 7 a.m. Pfizer is the only COVID-19 vaccine offered. Please be sure to complete the online COVID-19 vaccine consent form within 48 hours of getting in line to receive the vaccination. Please see the link below. UAMS employees and students working outside of central Arkansas may receive their vaccine at one of the regional campuses. Please contact the employee health nurse at your local regional campus for information about when and where the COVID-19 vaccines are offered. If you receive your vaccinations outside of UAMS Student and Employee Health Services please provide documentation to Student and Employee Health Services to StudentAndEmployeeHealth@uams.edu. For exemption forms and other information about COVID-19 vaccinations for UAMS employees, volunteers, students and non-employees, visit the University Healthcare Services website. General Services
SEHS provides the following services as required by UAMS policy for employees and current students. Employee Physicals – UAMS required
Research animal medical screening
N-95 / PPE medical screening
CVS – Color vision screening
Employee Random drug screens
Immunizations
Titers
QuantiFERON TB screening, follow–up with conversion or Provision of a Health Card
Employee DOT – direct observation therapy
Employee Chest x-ray
Blood pressure check
Monitor on campus exposures
