When everybody’s sick but I’m bound and determined not to be. We have morning vitamins, we have night time vitamins and guess which ESSENTIAL vitamin is in both groups?
Fun fact: viruses and bacteria do not multiply and replicate in cold weather. Have you ever noticed how cold they keep hospitals? They do that for a reason. HOWEVER, the sun is the largest source of D2 we can get. We have to have D2 so it can be synthesized into D3. Unless you are on a D3 supplement right now, you are deficient. Even if you are still outside quite a bit, with your skin covered and bundled up, you aren’t getting what you need. YALL better get y’all some D3. From what I’m seeing, it’s flu and… COVID season.
(If you take a multivitamin, you still need extra D3… the D3 in the multivitamin isn’t going to cut it. You can take 5,000 iu of vitamin D3 a day. You are not getting that from any food source). I love this brand because it’s clean label cerified. The only thing I don’t like is that some of the products have sunflower seed oil. It’s the worst ingredient on the list. Other than that, it’s pretty kosher (I also like that it expires… like, within a reasonable amount of time. It does not have a 10 yr shelf life… which means it doesn’t have as many preservatives as many do).
